Among tendencies of modern global change, the main place is occupied by two mutual and correlative processes - the socialization of ecolgo-economical and the ecologization of socio-economical systems, which expose the interaction between ecologo-economical and socio-economical systems. The structure and the nature of socio-ecologo-economical system, its matter and types are viewed in this article as a result of this interaction.
